How To Order?

1. Send an email to flitterby08@gmail.com containing the following:

Size:
Colour:
Postage or COD:
Address (where applicable):

2. Your order shall be processed and a confirmation of your order shall be sent out within 24 hours. In the event that we fail to confirm, please do send us another email.

3. The confirmation email will contain bank details or if COD is chosen, the various details pertaining to it.

4. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date which will be announced.

Payment Methods

1. Payment can be made via bank transfer to our Maybank account.

2. Alternatively,for our International customers, payment can be transferred to our PayPal account.

3. Customers have 3 days to make payment before the item is deemed to have been let go and will be released for sale once again.

4. Upon the transfer of payment, kindly provide us through email the details of your payment.

Delivery Methods

1. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date.

2. We normally use POS LAJU and will notify the customer through email the tracking number of her parcel.

3. For our international customers, do contact us for more information.

4. POS LAJU RATES:

West Malaysia:
RM 6 (clothes)

RM 9 (bags)

East Malaysia:
RM 9 (clothes)

RM 11 (bags)

International: Please contact us for a proper quotation.

For smaller articles like belts and accessories we use Pos Ekspress: Either RM 2.50 or RM 4.

Customers who purchase RM 150 worth of items shall be exempted from postage fees. Unfortunately this is only available for Malaysian customers.

Additionally, we would like to state that all postal charges goes to POS LAJU and we do not take profits from those charges.

Delivery is discretionary and negotiable.

Labels

PENDING : We are in the middle of a transaction with the customer who has shown interest in the item but has yet to complete payment.Priority however, will be given to customers who can tender payment immediately.

RESERVED: Payment/Part payment has been tendered in exchange for reservation of the item but delivery has yet to be done.

HOLD: The item is held for a period of 1 day for a customer who has shown interest in the item but cannot make up her mind.As soon as 1 day has lapsed, the item will be released for sale again. Priority however, will be given to customers who can tender payment.

Terms & Conditions

1. All items listed here are 100% brand new.

2. There may be slight differences in the look of the clothes due to the lighting and conditioning of pictures taken.

3. Prices are not inclusive of shipping or postal charges which is essentially borne by the customer.

4. Goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

5. Prices are non-negotiable.

6. We will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the local or international postal service.

7. There is however, an insurance scheme should you wish to opt for it.Please contact us for further details.

8. Priority will be given to those who can deliver full payment immediately.

9. Accessories and other apparel are not included with your purchase unless stated otherwise.
